How do I access a course after payment?

Log in to your Pharmasist.ca student account and open your Tutor LMS dashboard. Your enrolled course should appear under My Courses.

I paid, but the course is not showing. What should I do?

Confirm that you are logged in with the same email address used during WooCommerce checkout. Include your order number when contacting us.

How can I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Check both your inbox and junk folder for the password-reset email.

Will I receive a certificate?

Eligible courses provide a certificate after all required lessons, quizzes, and completion conditions have been completed.

Can I study using a phone or tablet?

Yes. The learning platform works on modern mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

How do I ask about hands-on pharmacy training?

Choose Hands-on Training from the Inquiry Category field and include the course you have completed or are currently taking.
