Three-day structure
How the training works
Day 1
Six hours of in-person practical training
Learn pharmacy workflow, patient intake, data entry, dispensing steps, Fillware, customer service, cash-out procedures, prescription categories and pharmacy phone communication.
Day 2
Supervised volunteer experience
Apply what you learned, observe real workflow, improve confidence and begin building Canadian pharmacy experience.
Day 3
Second supervised volunteer day
Continue practicing, strengthen communication, improve efficiency and review important points for interviews and future pharmacy employment.
